Preschool Program
For children ages 3-5 years, daily information of classroom lessons and activities are posted on the parent information board along with important reminders or notes from teachers. Children also have portfolios in which their work, classroom newsletters, and office letters are sent home.
Our preschool children between the ages of 3 and 5 are assessed using the Creative Curriculum Developmental Continuum three times per year. After each round of assessments are complete, parents receive copies of the assessments and have the opportunity to sign-up for parent/teacher conferences. At the last assessment of the year, parents also receive their child's portfolio from the previous year.
In addition to these, the Ages & Stages Questionnaires are completed at regular intervals and the information from each preschool child is gathered, scored, and shared with the parents. Referrals are made on an as needed basis. We utilize the ASQ Database to assist us with the scoring of the screenings and to generate letters to the parents of each preschool child that fully explain the results.
Infant Programs

Toddler Program
For children from 18 months to 36 months, parents will receive daily reports regarding their child's eating, sleeping, and toilet habits, as well as information on the activities that their child participated in that day. Important reminders are also included on these daily reports along with any notes from the teacher. Each child also has a portfolio/clip where their work and newsletters are sent home.

Pre-K
Report cards are sent home each period and parent/teacher conferences are also scheduled. The teacher utilizes a take home portfolio for daily communication between herself and the parents.

School-Age Programs
Ibiscus Child Care Center LLC is happy to offer programs for school-age children from ages 6-12 years old. Children are able to learn and explore in a healthy, safe environment with peers of their own age.

Summer Programs
Our summer programs offer diverse daily activities, like bowling, skating, movies, and trips to the library. The children go to the park and explore the outdoors. Socialize with other kids their age. They get the chance to interact with their friends and go on regular field trips. Every day is an adventure. Our summer program is designed to keep your kids interested and entertained. School doesn’t need to be in session for your kids to learn, grow, and enjoy adventures with their friends. Our summer program will keep your kids happy and busy with all of the fun things they learn and opportunities they have. Kids are in a regular reading program.
