Information About Enrollment

All tuition is due by 6:00 pm on Friday prior to the week of attendance. Please make checks or money orders payable to Ibiscus Child Care Center. The check or money order can be placed in the mailbox next to the office door. If you are unable to pay by the due date, please contact the office immediately. Any account that remains unpaid for 7 days past the due date will be considered delinquent and your children will be considered withdrawn. 

The center must be notified of vacation dates at least two weeks in advance. Each child is granted 5 free days of vacation after 90 days of attendance. These days may not be used individually and your child must be absent from the center the entire week. If your child is absent from the center five or more days after the week of vacation. The normal rate will be charged after the first week.

Full tuition is due for any periods including holidays. Staff receives these days as paid holidays.

A one-time, non-refundable, registration fee of $45.00 per child is charged at the time of enrollment. A child is not considered enrolled until the registration fee is received. 

A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged past the normal office hours.
